Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager specializing in Digital and Performance Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in digital marketing to forge strong partnerships with clients, guiding them towards achieving their strategic goals through effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of multiple client accounts while spearheading the development of their digital strategies.
  • Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with clients by offering leadership, support, and tailored strategic insights.
  • Develop comprehensive performance reports that deliver valuable insights, optimization strategies, and creative digital advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with media managers and internal teams to implement innovative digital tactics that enhance client outcomes.
  • Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all deadlines are achieved, while keeping clients updated on the progress of their initiatives.
  • Proactively manage client expectations by addressing potential challenges and providing effective resolutions.
  • Remain informed on client marketing and media plans, proposing customized solutions across digital advertising, site optimization, and social media platforms.
  • Articulate the value of our digital marketing offerings to clients clearly and effectively.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management with a focus on nurturing client relationships and shaping digital strategies.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other paid search technologies.
  • Proven track record of presenting value-driven metrics and performance insights in paid search and analytics.
  • Exceptional consultative communication skills, enabling you to lead discussions and strategy sessions effectively.
  • Experience in project planning and management to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce to manage customer accounts and support cases.
  • Quick adaptability to new technologies, including SaaS tools that enhance digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of direct experience managing Paid Search, Social, and SEO campaigns.
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager or relevant certification through Facebook Blueprint.
  • Prior experience in customer relationship management within the automotive sector is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics are preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
