Job Description:

As a Digital Account Manager at NorthWing Digital, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met with excellence. You will leverage your expertise in PPC, SEO, and digital marketing strategies to drive client success and business growth. Your role will involve understanding client goals, managing multiple accounts, and identifying upsell opportunities to increase revenue.


Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Understand client goals, anticipate needs, and exceed expectations.
  • Convey complex digital marketing concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.


Digital Marketing Expertise:

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, delivering outstanding results.
  • Leverage knowledge in SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Tailor PPC strategies to client needs and industry trends, with a focus on Google Ads, META Ads, and more.


Upselling and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Present and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Successfully close at least 5 upsell proposals to clients.


Efficiency and Time Management:

  • Handle approximately 30 - 40 client accounts efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Implement and adhere to a streamlined project management system to enhance workflow and productivity.


Requirements


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, particularly in client-facing roles.


Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with PPC services, including Google Ads and paid social ads.
