Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy for the USA, focusing on sales growth, profit margins, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with offline merchandising, pricing, and replenishment teams to align strategies and create a cohesive multichannel experience.
- Engage with the Digital Platform, Project, and Omnichannel teams to ensure the timely and quality execution of promotions and projects.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and IT, to successfully execute product and promotional initiatives.
- Lead the design and execution of merchandising, assortment, inventory, and replenishment plans to ensure smooth launches of new online categories.
- Establish and track performance KPIs for the Digital Sales team, ensuring that they align with overall company objectives.
- Monitor project progress, emphasizing team development and skill enhancement in multichannel and online merchandising.
- Analyze product selection, sales, pricing, and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and ensure profitability.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and share best practices through networking with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in formulating pricing guidelines and contribute to the realization of sales and gross profit objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Senior Manager.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital sales, with a strong background in both traditional retail and e-commerce.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in digital marketing or a related discipline.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of product categories, pricing, and relevant industry standards, including FDA regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Magento and forecasting tools is advantageous.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.
- A strong passion for merchandising and e-commerce across both B2C and B2B sectors.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, embracing innovation and new concepts.
- Robust project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
- Negotiation skills coupled with sound business judgment and effective problem-solving abilities.
