Job Overview

Join us as a Product Manager - Digital Sales, where you will take the lead in shaping our online sales strategy and execution across the USA. In this pivotal role, you will manage the Digital Sales team, collaborating with internal stakeholders to create a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic online sales plan tailored for the USA market, targeting revenue growth and margin enhancement.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including merchandising, pricing, and replenishment, to ensure cohesive online and offline sales strategies.
  • Partner with operations, project management, and omnichannel teams to roll out promotions and new digital initiatives effectively.
  • Oversee the management of product assortments, inventory, and replenishment plans to drive online category expansion.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the Digital Sales team’s progress toward sales and profitability goals.
  • Analyze market dynamics, pricing strategies, and sales performance to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive best practices to maintain a leading edge in the e-commerce arena.
  • Assist in formulating pricing guidelines while striving to achieve sales and gross profit objectives.
  • Mentor and develop the Digital Sales team, nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital sales, preferably in both traditional grocery retail and e-commerce settings.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing, business, or a relevant discipline.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product categories, pricing strategies, and compliance with FDA regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Magento or forecasting tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus.
  • A genuine passion for merchandising and e-commerce across both B2C and B2B platforms.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a knack for executing tasks efficiently.
  • Outstanding negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, alongside a solid understanding of American trade practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital sales.
  • Strong grasp of product categories and pricing strategies, along with an understanding of industry standards.
