Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Corporate Product Support, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Crafting and sustaining efficient Parts and Service processes to guarantee exceptional customer satisfaction
• Catalyzing growth in aftermarket sales while vigilantly managing expenses
• Collaborating with various departments to execute strategic marketing initiatives
• Establishing and assessing departmental objectives, budgets, and parts inventory levels
• Analyzing and rectifying any process inefficiencies to bolster operational productivity
• Disseminating best practices across departments and standardizing processes organization-wide
• Supervising facilities, equipment, and training programs for Parts and Service personnel
• Spearheading efforts to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
• Overseeing the Customer Satisfaction Program and ensuring compliance with safety standards

Required Skills

• Practical experience within Service and Parts Department operations, particularly with heavy construction equipment
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Service and Parts Department operations
