Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients, management, and team members.
- Assist in evaluating and acquiring new equipment for the Field Service team.
- Develop comprehensive work scopes and plans aligned with customer specifications.
- Ensure all equipment calibration remains current and complies with manufacturer standards.
- Create and enhance operational procedures and tools to boost efficiency.
- Compile and present field technicians’ data into professional reports for customers.
- Design and present training materials to facilitate ongoing learning and team improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Fleet, and EHS departments to maintain compliance and uphold policies.
- Conduct audits, advocate for problem-solving initiatives, and lead continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze performance metrics to highlight areas for enhancement and drive customer satisfaction.
- Support quality assurance efforts and implement tools aimed at detecting and preventing non-conformances.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards, internal auditing, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficient in generating detailed technical reports and implementing performance metrics.
- Knowledgeable in schematics, ANSI, IEEE, and IEC standards.
- A proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn and contribute across various domains.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or a combination of education and experience).
- A minimum of 5 years of program management or continuous improvement experience within a field service organization.
