Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with technicians regarding project status and service details.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Technicians, Engineering, and Clients.
• Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to ensure project materials are readily available.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to facilitate timely invoicing.
• Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize technician schedules and appointments.
• Ensure that project materials are stocked and prepared for delivery.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in project management within the construction, marketing, or software development sectors.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing varying workloads.
• Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in conveying information clearly through various channels.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and an proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and business management software.
• Quick adaptability to new software platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for job site visits, if a company vehicle is unavailable.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Comfort with air travel and boat travel.
• A positive and solution-oriented approach with a genuine passion for technology.

Compensation And Benefits
