Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at DoD agencies.
- Ensure our technology solutions are aligned with specific DoD mission objectives, creating meaningful impact.
- Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within federal agencies.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to prioritize capture initiatives and refine market approaches.
- Conduct thorough research to uncover opportunities, aligning solutions with agency requirements and informing product development.
- Present and negotiate effectively, showcasing our solutions as optimal for prospective clients.
- Oversee the creation of business development materials, including white papers, RFI responses, and proposals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market movements, and competitor activity to sustain a competitive advantage.
- Profound understanding of and connections within the DoD, including U.S. government agencies.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities for engaging senior-level officials.
- Proven ability to identify and engage prospective federal clients.
- Familiarity with federal procurement processes and contracting mechanisms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government Relations, Engineering, or a related field (military experience or advanced degrees are advantageous).
- Secret Clearance (TS Clearance is preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year experience in federal/military growth or solutioning, specifically focused on the DoD.
- Willingness to travel frequently to engage with clients and attend relevant conferences.
