We invite you to become part of our dynamic team as the Marketing Director for the Industrial B2B sector. This remote position, ideally located near Waukegan, Illinois, offers an exceptional opportunity for a strategic leader to drive growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment. You will report directly to the Vice President of Global Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Industrial B2B channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives to enhance the Industrial B2B channel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify lucrative market segments and set ambitious targets.
  • Analyze data-driven insights to inform and craft compelling marketing narratives.
  • Develop customer personas and tailor marketing strategies to meet their needs.
  • Present value propositions to clients and foster robust relationships.
  • Spearhead the creation of innovative products through effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Required Skills

  • Proven leadership capabilities with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience in the B2B ingredient sector, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Expertise in developing marketing strategies and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills complemented by effective storytelling and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Nielsen or IRI.
  • Experience in budget management and P&L development.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced settings.
  • An MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
