Key Responsibilities
- Elevate Partner Performance: Utilize data analysis to identify areas for enhancement and uphold manufacturing standards to achieve excellence.
- Training & Development: Recognize skill gaps, design targeted initiatives, and establish partner certification programs to maintain high-quality benchmarks.
- Manage Partner Programs: Supervise partner eligibility, ensure adherence to quality standards, and oversee performance-driven promotions or demotions.
- Build Relationships: Act as a mentor and coach, providing personalized training programs and support to uplift partner capabilities and performance.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Address operational escalations efficiently while implementing strategies to minimize partner churn and sustain a robust network.
- Commit to Continuous Improvement: Conduct on-site assessments to advocate best practices and maintain training records to ensure consistency.

- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable level of experience is required.
- Over 8 years of leadership experience in supply chain management or manufacturing settings.
- Demonstrated success in managing partner networks and enhancing their performance through data-driven initiatives.
