Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales of our financial products, including Material Financing and Pay App Advance, targeting commercial subcontractors to acquire new clients and enhance revenue streams.
  • Reconnect with inactive customers to identify new sales possibilities and rekindle existing relationships.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with key industry influencers, such as building material suppliers and general contractors, to enhance referrals and build brand recognition.
  • Collaborate with all levels within subcontractor organizations to integrate our financial solutions into their operational workflows, such as bidding processes and supplier negotiations.
  • Partner with internal teams, including Relationship Managers and Underwriters, to optimize revenue while safeguarding risk integrity.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide comprehensive performance metrics updates to leadership.

Required Skills

  • 7-10 years of outside sales experience, with a proven track record managing the full sales lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B solution sales, preferably within financial services or related sectors.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and Slack is advantageous.
  • Prior experience selling to commercial subcontractors is a plus.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
  • A positive mindset, coupled with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
