Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational facets of packout, restoration, and storage projects, ensuring exceptional execution and coordination.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of project managers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and productivity.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, guaranteeing timely delivery within budget while adhering to the highest quality standards.
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, facilitating effective communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and financial performance to maintain profitability while optimizing costs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the company's growth within the restoration sector.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, while promoting a safe working environment.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure reliable services and materials.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity within the restoration, construction, or disaster recovery sectors.
- Proficiency in Xactimate and other relevant project management software.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities, with a successful track record in managing large teams and intricate projects.
- Familiarity with packout processes, contents management, and restoration techniques is advantageous.
- Experience working with insurance adjusters and understanding claims processes is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance, particularly OSHA.
- Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites and company locations as required.
- A proven track record in managing significant teams and complex projects effectively.
