Overview

As a pivotal leader within our organization, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of transforming the quick casual dining landscape through innovative culinary offerings and exemplary service. We are seeking a seasoned Director of Operations who will join our senior leadership team to oversee the performance and expansion of multiple restaurant locations, cultivating a culture of excellence and teamwork while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams by establishing clear expectations and fostering accountability.
  • Serve as a model of our company’s core values, promoting a constructive and efficient culture across all levels.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across various locations, ensuring flawless execution and operational success.
  • Create and implement strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at optimizing efficiency, managing costs, and boosting sales.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards while prioritizing guest satisfaction and employee welfare.
  • Actively engage in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations to maintain high standards and provide leadership support.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding processes for staff to align with company policies and operational excellence.
  • Empower managers and team members through coaching and professional development initiatives.
  • Collaborate strategically with ownership and senior leadership to drive business growth and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and acknowledge successes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience within restaurant operations, including expertise in managing P&Ls, fostering culture, and developing impactful teams.
