Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the company's sales and operations planning (S&OP) process.
- Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers/vendors to ensure seamless and efficient production.
- Supervise production forecasting in partnership with channel owners (wholesale, e-commerce, Amazon) to uphold optimal inventory levels while minimizing cash investment.
- Coordinate with product development and production facilities to guarantee a consistent supply of raw materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure production aligns with product launch schedules and marketing initiatives.
- Partner with the quality assurance team to monitor vendor compliance and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Oversee inbound logistics and lead a high-performing warehousing and fulfillment team.
- Act as the liaison among wholesale, e-commerce, warehouse, and CX teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Work with the warehouse team to enhance key metrics, such as order fulfillment cycle time.
- Manage customer experience for direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales and oversee order management for wholesale accounts.
- Review B2B contracts and help implement tailored processes that align with business functions.
- Collaborate with the Senior CX Specialist to continuously advance customer experience and order management metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, average resolution time).
- Supervise external vendors for IT, ERP systems, office maintenance, and more.
- Oversee ERP management (Acctivate) and related platforms (Crystal Reports, KnowledgeSync) in partnership with external agencies.
- Serve as the primary contact for landlords and contractors.
- Ensure the office and pantry are adequately stocked and maintained.
- 8 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Strong expertise in manufacturing, forecasting and planning, inventory management, and process optimization.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a history of inspiring and developing teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Willingness to travel 10-15% for visits to manufacturing and vendor facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field (preferred).
