You will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring meticulous record-keeping while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries with precision.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage order modifications, cancellations, and adjustments as required.
  • Build positive partnerships with suppliers and collaborate with internal teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and production schedulers to meet and exceed delivery timelines.
  • Verify freight bills and resolve any discrepancies as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order records.
  • Ensure thorough documentation for all transactions, tracking order statuses from initiation to billing.
  • Assist with payment processes and resolve any related issues.
  • Organize and maintain spreadsheets and databases for efficient record-keeping.
  • Prepare and finalize paperwork for completed orders and take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
