- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients while working closely with the sales team to uncover new business opportunities.
- Oversee the customer qualification process, ensuring alignment with organizational growth strategies.
- Manage the entire product life cycle, from immediate enhancements to long-term innovations.

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a virtual and matrix environment.
- Openness to global travel (approximately 25%).
- Knowledge of chilled water systems, product applications, and global efficiency standards such as AHRI, GB, and EcoDesign is preferred.
- An MBA or a master's degree in a technical field is advantageous.
