Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize business opportunities by leveraging Voice of Customer (VOC) insights and conducting thorough market analyses.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key clients while working closely with the sales team to uncover new business opportunities.
• Oversee the customer qualification process, ensuring alignment with organizational growth strategies.
• Manage the entire product life cycle, from immediate enhancements to long-term innovations.
• Drive the prioritization of product modifications, enhancements, and initiatives aimed at cost reduction.
• Establish product specifications that resonate with customer needs and prevailing market trends.
• Articulate product development priorities and updates effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analyses to pinpoint market gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Remain informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in the formation of pricing strategies, product forecasting, and marketing initiatives.
• Provide essential sales support to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product advantages.
• Develop persuasive marketing materials and value propositions.
• Utilize SAP tools for business intelligence, product configuration, and pricing management.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience within the HVAC/R industry, specifically with a profound understanding of refrigeration systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and various organizational levels.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams in a virtual and matrix environment.
• Openness to global travel (approximately 25%).
  
  

Qualifications

• Knowledge of chilled water systems, product applications, and global efficiency standards such as AHRI, GB, and EcoDesign is preferred.
• An MBA or a master's degree in a technical field is advantageous.
• A strategic mindset with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on industry megatrends.
