Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure comprehensive project briefs that delineate scope, client needs, constraints, and budget considerations.
• Coordinate with the costing team to facilitate timely and precise project quotes.
• Engage with R&D to monitor submissions, manage budgets, and communicate necessary adjustments to clients effectively.
• Work alongside purchasing and operations teams to guarantee the timely delivery of raw materials and components for production runs.
• Lead or participate in kickoff meetings, first-fill productions, and post-production evaluations.
• Act as the primary liaison for Customer Service to ensure smooth initial product runs.
• Regularly update stakeholders and executive leadership on project status, financial metrics, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify and address potential obstacles related to budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Enhance team workflows by refining deliverables, sharing insights, and advancing tools and techniques.
• Guide cross-functional teams through all phases of product development, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Cultivate a culture of high performance and accountability within the product development team.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service, business development, or project management, ideally within cosmetics, personal care, food, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines independently.
• Proven success in leading multiple projects from conception to completion.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product development and contract manufacturing processes.
• Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective engagement with team members at all levels.
• Ability to influence and navigate processes without direct authority.
• Capacity to work autonomously and make informed decisions with limited information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to adapt work hours based on business or customer demands.
