Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects through site visits, phone outreach, and emails
- Manage and qualify incoming sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
- Conduct comprehensive discovery meetings to discern client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Present proposals via in-person meetings, virtual consultations, and phone discussions
- Collaborate with inside sales teams, management, and stakeholders to drive sales achievements
- Maintain precise records and monitor progress using Sugar CRM
- Participate in company meetings, sales training sessions, and industry events
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing profitability and fostering long-term client partnerships
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in outside B2B sales, account management, or business development
- At least 3 years of experience in the recreation or hospitality sector
- Strong foundation in consultative, needs-based sales within a B2B context
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Earth, PowerPoint, and other business applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- A self-motivated approach with exceptional follow-through and collaborative skills
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and efficiently handle projects
- Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% for client engagements, trade shows, and team meetings
- Preferred degree or coursework in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality
