Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medical and procedural consultations while ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate closely with facility administrators to identify areas for service improvement and resource development.
- Be available around the clock for emergency situations, guaranteeing timely care for residents.
- Engage in monthly Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings to foster continuous enhancement of services.
- Contribute to the creation of clinical pathways aimed at elevating the quality of resident care.
- Assist with community outreach initiatives to promote strong relationships between the facilities and local communities.
- Collaborate with fellow attending physicians to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in delivering care in both remote and onsite environments.
- A strong commitment to quality improvement and resident-centered care.
- Availability for 24⁄7 emergency response.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with experience in providing exceptional care to seniors.
- Proven track record in medical leadership and direct patient care, particularly within senior care settings.
