Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in strategic planning meetings with senior team members, preparing detailed action plans and discussion points.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating client meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and affiliate partners.
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations and client-specific policies regarding compliance.
- Conduct research and evaluate new affiliate placement opportunities.
- Manage insertion orders from publishers and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
- Support the execution of program changes and updates in coordination with partners.
- Develop targeted communications to bolster promotions and product launches.
- Consistently meet deadlines and take ownership of responsibilities assigned.
- Prioritize tasks in alignment with client requirements and industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Review and process network publisher applications efficiently.
- Engage in outreach and recruitment initiatives for new affiliate partners.
- Take an active role in client calls, showcasing your program management expertise.
- Respond promptly to emails and client inquiries.
- Assume additional responsibilities as necessary to promote team and client success.
- A degree in Marketing or relevant experience in Digital Marketing and/or Affiliate Marketing.
- Strong work ethic complemented by a passion for achieving results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and client service.
- A strategic mindset coupled with a practical approach to execution.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.
- Quick adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Confident and articulate in all client interactions.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and essential formulas.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Digital Marketing and/or Affiliate Marketing is advantageous.
