Position: Account Coordinator (Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Account Coordinator to join our innovative consulting and agency firm. This fully remote position plays a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ digital presence by supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, you will assist in executing various campaigns and content creation strategies that drive brand engagement and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers to effectively execute client projects and ensure an organized workflow.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent communication and timely updates.
  • Organize project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to maintain progress and meet deadlines.
  • Monitor project milestones, providing regular status updates to both internal teams and clients.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data for continuous improvement.
  • Support administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to align deliverables with client expectations and timelines.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to Account Managers to facilitate seamless project execution.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling the development of solid relationships.
  • Creative thinking abilities, with a knack for generating innovative campaign ideas.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, with experience using Wrike considered a plus.
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive in a remote work environment, and effectively manage time.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements or team events, particularly to Atlanta, if located outside the area.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, marketing, communications, or a closely related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or digital/social media management (internships included).

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of \(45,000 to \)50,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401K plan.
  • $75/month stipend for phone expenses.
