Role
In this role, you will identify and cultivate new customer accounts while reinforcing relationships with existing clients across a diverse range of critical power solutions, including:
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
- Power Distribution Units (PDU)
- Remote Power Panels (RPP)
- Low Voltage & Medium Voltage (LV & MV) Switchgear
- LV & MV Transformers
- UL 891 & UL 67 Panels
- Generators & Associated Switching
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass sales targets by engaging both prospective and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain enduring relationships while developing new customer accounts through networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide insightful consultations, and finalize sales.
- Work alongside the inside sales team to source materials and fulfill orders as required.
- Enhance awareness of our service offerings across existing and new markets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Participate in relevant industry associations and events to expand your professional network.
- Investigate new geographic markets and product offerings that align with our services.
- A solid technical foundation in electrical distribution, supported by relevant educational experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales through effective prospecting techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software and office applications such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), and PDF software.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a capacity to follow through on leads.
- Familiarity with general office machinery and processes.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of sales experience, especially in electrical distribution or the construction industry.
- Advanced training in sales strategies and relationship management is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
- Compensation: This position offers a commission-based structure, details of which will be discussed with qualified candidates.
- Healthcare: Employer-funded individual medical and dental coverage after 90 days of full-time employment.
