We are seeking a dynamic and strategically-minded Affiliate Manager to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing direct affiliate partnerships that propel our online campaigns to new heights for both our organization and our esteemed clients. Your daily activities will encompass prospecting, account management, and driving meaningful growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, negotiate, and engage with both existing and potential clients through email, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Deliver consultative selling with a focus on outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, suggesting new campaigns and providing comprehensive performance feedback.
  • Equip clients with creative packages, links, and reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines amid the evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • Actively oversee marketing sources across campaigns for quality assurance.
  • Recruit new clients and explore business opportunities through thorough research, referrals, and networking.
  • Establish and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth benchmarks.
  • Represent our agency at industry conferences and client meetings, both virtually and in person.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational capabilities.
  • High proficiency in Google Docs and other computer applications.
  • A self-motivated individual who adapts quickly in a collaborative team setting.
  • Proven recruitment and negotiation expertise.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role within an affiliate or performance marketing context.
  • A BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing client relationships.
