Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage comprehensive medical care for injured employees.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure exceptional patient recovery.
- Attend medical appointments and hospital visits to advocate for patients' needs.
- Work in partnership with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and healthcare providers.
- Arrange necessary medical equipment, home adaptations, and vital services.
- Maintain meticulous documentation utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bilingual in Spanish (required).
- Valid Colorado driver's license and auto insurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferred).
- A minimum of 1 year of case management experience (preferred).
- Willingness to travel locally, approximately 50% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
