Job Overview

We are actively seeking a committed and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our esteemed team as a Nurse Case Manager in a hybrid remote role, which offers the unique combination of working from home and local travel. This position is ideal for an RN who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage all components of medical care for injured employees, ensuring they receive the necessary and optimal treatment.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Oversee patient care by attending medical appointments, visiting hospitals, coordinating medical equipment, home modifications, and other essential services.
• Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while traveling locally for patient visits as required. A laptop will be provided to support your remote work.
  
  

Required Skills

• Active Colorado RN License.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in case management for at least 1 year is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 50% for patient visits.
