Key Responsibilities

- Oversee comprehensive campaign management, ensuring seamless execution and coordination in partnership with Creative, CRM Engineering, CRM Operations, Product, and Analytics teams.
- Optimize customer lifecycle initiatives by establishing, monitoring, and refining CRM automation strategies to enhance marketing performance.
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams managing paid social, SEM, and onsite advertising to leverage your expertise in customer lifecycle management.
