Key Responsibilities

As the Growth Marketing Manager, B2B, you will:

  • Develop and implement innovative growth strategies to design CRM campaigns that enhance user engagement and achieve self-service revenue objectives across various business lines.
  • Oversee comprehensive campaign management, ensuring seamless execution and coordination in partnership with Creative, CRM Engineering, CRM Operations, Product, and Analytics teams.
  • Optimize customer lifecycle initiatives by establishing, monitoring, and refining CRM automation strategies to enhance marketing performance.
  • Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams managing paid social, SEM, and onsite advertising to leverage your expertise in customer lifecycle management.

  • Exceptional project management capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
