As a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager focusing on the B2B sector, you will spearhead the enhancement of our social media initiatives within the SAP solutions landscape. This role is tailored for a creative and analytical professional who excels in developing innovative strategies that cultivate engagement, elevate brand awareness, and generate leads within a professional services context. This hybrid position requires a presence in Lisle, IL, with remote work flexibility on Wednesdays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy aligned with the SAP ecosystem, aimed at engaging key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee and optimize all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, to ensure alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Generate, schedule, and monitor captivating content (such as posts, videos, articles) that drives traffic, enhances brand visibility, and fosters lead generation.
  • Leverage analytics tools to assess performance metrics, audience engagement, and ROI, delivering actionable insights and regular reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, sales, and marketing) to integrate social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Design and oversee social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, and A/B testing protocols.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to amplify content reach.
  • Engage with audiences professionally and promptly, fostering a strong community presence.

Required Skills

  • In-depth understanding of B2B marketing principles and buyer personas.

Qualifications
