Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients through various channels, including social media, industry events, and proactive outreach.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to present our services.
- Qualify leads by engaging with prospects to ascertain their needs and challenges and demonstrating how our solutions can meet their objectives.
- Coordinate meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with precise records of client interactions and lead details.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and team members in Business Development to devise strategies for advancing leads through the sales pipeline.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams based on client interactions to refine our strategic direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; a scientific background (e.g., Chemistry, Biology) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.
