Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as the primary liaison for our clients, ensuring effective communication and superior service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing comprehensive quotes in response to client inquiries.
  • Managing client data through Salesforce, potentially taking on the role of Salesforce CRM Administrator.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to outline project scopes and requirements.
  • Estimating project turnaround times with insights from internal experts.
  • Identifying additional services to enhance client projects and value.
  • Sending electronic quotes to clients and adjusting pricing as necessary.
  • Following up with clients to guarantee satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Communicating project specifics and updates with internal teams.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational skills in planning, scheduling, and managing client relationships.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, maintaining a positive and professional rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with adept presentation and negotiation capabilities.
  • A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in a diverse workplace.
  • Proven aptitude for building and sustaining trusted professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating resourcefulness and diligence in issue resolution.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, databases, and related tools.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in business development or sales (3 years preferred).
