Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling content that positions our brand as a thought leader in fractional Finance and HR services.
  • Equip sales teams and Practice Leads with engaging materials that enhance client engagement and support sales objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns through email, social media, video, webinars, eBooks, and podcasts.
  • Execute targeted email campaigns for client engagement, events, and prospecting.
  • Leverage strategic partnerships to maximize the impact and reach of campaigns.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events while leading webinars, podcasts, and panel discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals.
  • Utilize HubSpot for tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on market trends and emerging digital tools, infusing innovative strategies into our marketing efforts.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and freelance talent to enhance our content offerings.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a content marketer with a strong track record in generating high-quality, lead-driven content.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities with a portfolio of engaging content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, adept at managing a comprehensive content calendar while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and agile, able to adapt to changing needs and pivot strategies as required.
  • Proficient in HubSpot, including campaign tracking, email automation, and data analytics.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation.
  • Preferred experience in professional services or consulting settings.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and foundational SEO principles is a plus.
  • Basic design skills using Adobe Suite or Canva are beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of \(80,000 - \)100,000 base, plus bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, medical, dental, vision, HSA match (depending on plan), and 401(k) options.
