Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless customer experience by:

  • Promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing account-related questions, and efficiently resolving issues.
  • Processing account transactions, including transfers, loan payments, and stop payment requests.
  • Supporting online banking services, such as resetting PINs, assisting with logins, and troubleshooting bill payment issues.
  • Accurately managing and documenting customer interactions while adhering to privacy standards in a remote setting.
  • Assisting with ITM Video Teller operations and other customer-facing services.
  • Staying informed about regulatory guidelines and ensuring compliance in all banking-related transactions.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, preferably within financial services or call center environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to cultivate positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Capacity for multitasking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard banking hours when necessary.
