This pivotal role will focus on driving engagement with high-value accounts through customized marketing initiatives. As a key contributor to our growth strategy, you will collaborate across teams to deliver seamless and impactful account experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine ABX programs that align with overarching commercial, demand generation, and marketing strategies.
- Develop targeted campaigns for engaging decision-makers and influencers within the healthcare and benefits ecosystem.
- Leverage data analytics to effectively segment and prioritize target accounts, tailoring messaging for optimal engagement.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment in achieving revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and track target accounts throughout the sales pipeline.
- Work with the demand generation team to ensure integration of ABX efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Present strategies, insights, and outcomes to C-suite and senior leadership with clarity and impact.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, content marketing, and design teams to create customized resources for each customer journey stage.
- Oversee the implementation and management of ABX tools in conjunction with marketing and sales operations teams.
- At least 8 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading ABM/ABX programs in a high-growth B2B environment, ideally within the benefits sector.
- Demonstrated success in formulating and executing ABX strategies for Fortune 500 organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of account segmentation, personalized messaging, and multi-channel marketing engagement.
- Strong foundational understanding of demand generation tactics, including digital marketing, events, and SDR integration.
- Proficiency with ABM/ABX tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- A proven track record of driving ABX initiatives with urgency and responsiveness to sales opportunities.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, ensuring effective implementation and results.
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships across marketing, sales, customer success, and product teams.
- A commitment to exploring new tools and strategies to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
