Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting customer acquisition, retention, and return on investment across platforms including Google, Facebook, and Bing.
  • Develop and execute extensive email and SMS marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify avenues for growth and differentiation.
  • Lead marketing initiatives aimed at significantly expanding our customer base and effectively promoting our digital healthcare services.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to direct marketing strategies, measuring the effectiveness of efforts.
  • Manage partnerships with digital agencies and oversee affiliate programs to enhance reach and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-impact digital advertising content that aligns with brand standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance through analytics tools, implementing data-driven adjustments and A/B testing to optimize results.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation in line with performance objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and customer experience teams to synchronize marketing efforts with the overall brand strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations across all marketing activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in growth marketing and customer acquisition, particularly in direct-to-consumer campaigns.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with familiarity in utilizing marketing analytics tools.
  • Expertise in paid search, social media advertising, and performance marketing.
  • Experience in managing creative pipelines for digital advertising initiatives.
  • Proficient in managing relationships with external vendors and partners.
  • Capable of overseeing a marketing budget of $250k or more per month.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue growth of $20-30 million through effective marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with telemedicine regulations is a plus.
