- Lead and provide mentorship to the implementation team, ensuring all aspects of client onboarding are managed effectively, from project scoping to execution and transition to support teams.
- Develop and deploy strategic frameworks aimed at delivering high-quality solutions with consistency and efficiency.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and address technical challenges.
- Cultivate robust client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as time-to-go-live and client satisfaction, delivering insights to senior leadership.
- Continuously enhance processes to improve scalability, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Oversee departmental budgets, resources, and workflows to optimize ROI.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementations, project management, or client onboarding, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrable capability in managing complex, enterprise-level implementations, particularly with ERP platforms; experience with Accounts Payable integration is advantageous.
- Proven ability to construct and scale high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and expertise in project management tools, such as Jira or Asana.
- Strong influence and engagement skills across cross-functional teams and various stakeholder levels.
- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; an MBA or PMP certification is a plus.
- Preferred experience in the SaaS or technology sectors.
