Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the implementation team, guiding all phases of client onboarding, including project scoping, planning, execution, and transition to support teams.
- Design and implement strategic frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for intricate implementations, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and resolve technical challenges.
- Cultivate robust client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey.
- Monitor critical metrics such as time-to-go-live and client satisfaction, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
- Continuously enhance processes to boost scalability, efficiency, and overall customer outcomes.
- Oversee departmental budgets, resources, and workflows to optimize ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to uphold our competitive advantage.
- A minimum of 8 years in implementations, project management, or client onboarding, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, enterprise-level implementations and familiarity with ERP platforms (experience with Accounts Payable integration is advantageous).
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Capacity to influence cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related discipline (MBA or PMP certification is preferred).
- Experience in the SaaS or technology sector is highly desirable.
