- Proven track record of building and scaling a substantial social media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), contributing to profitable revenue growth.
- Expertise in crafting compelling, story-driven content tailored for specific social media channels.
- Strong command of performance tracking tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meltwater), with the ability to analyze data for both immediate decision-making and long-term strategy formulation.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills for interaction with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and mentoring high-performance teams.
- Availability to reside in California, Colorado, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York (excluding boroughs), North Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Washington.
