Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data-driven Google Ads strategies that align with the specific objectives of each client.
  • Oversee and fine-tune PPC campaigns across various Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to pinpoint high-impact keywords and opportunities.
  • Craft persuasive ad copy and develop optimized landing pages to enhance click-through and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) and make data-informed adjustments to optimize results.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Google Ads trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure superior campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Google Ads with broader marketing strategies.
  • Host virtual meetings with clients to discuss campaign outcomes and strategize for future initiatives.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles and methodologies.
  • Current Google Ads Search Certification.
  • Proficient in Google Ads tools and platforms (Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics) as well as Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Excellent analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous, though not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
