Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen customer relationships by developing and implementing frameworks that promote high-quality interactions and customer intimacy.
- Identify and execute strategies to drive growth within existing accounts and explore opportunities in adjacent markets to increase account value by 10%.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with business goals and foster a unified approach to growth.
- Create stakeholder maps to identify client needs and pain points, utilizing these insights to tailor sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead efforts to deepen relationships with current clients while uncovering new business opportunities, ensuring that all interactions are recorded transparently within our CRM systems.
- Mentor and guide program directors, instilling a culture of ongoing learning and process enhancement, while empowering them to manage customer accounts independently.
- Establish clear performance metrics and continuously monitor progress toward growth objectives, remaining informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Proven experience managing P&Ls, particularly in the GovTech sector, with an emphasis on accounts exceeding $200 million.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant leadership experience, demonstrating leadership capabilities in customer account management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Suite, TechnoMile, and Mattermost to facilitate improved workflows and team collaboration.
- Active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
