Territory Sales Manager - Remote (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster Strong Relationships - Establish and maintain positive business relationships to nurture trust and loyalty among clients.
  • Drive New Business - Actively identify and engage prospective clients through direct outreach, referrals, and marketing-driven leads. Present customized solutions that highlight our offerings.
  • Manage the Sales Process - Follow up on warm leads, coordinate client meetings, and deliver persuasive presentations to convert interest into sales, ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Strategic Growth & Market Insights - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and provide insights that influence sales strategies.
  • Customer Success & Support - Perform cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments for existing customers to discover new avenues for growth. Deliver exceptional service to boost client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate & Innovate - Partner with customer service, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop and implement focused sales strategies and innovative campaigns.
  • Optimize & Maintain Data - Accurately record sales activities and customer interactions to drive efficiency for sustained success.

Required Skills

  • 5 years of demonstrated success in inside and outside sales within the industrial market.
  • Technical mindset with OEM market experience is advantageous.
  • Proactive, “hunter” mentality with a proven capacity to generate and close new business.
  • Ability to operate independently from a designated home office equipped with high-speed internet.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with NetSuite and ZoomInfo is a plus.
  • Strong social media networking skills, particularly on LinkedIn.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
