As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing marketing funnels, analyzing success through critical metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and scaling impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that encompass everything from copywriting and landing page development to email nurturing.
• Oversee the creation and execution of a strategic 90-day marketing calendar that aligns with the company’s objectives and engages our target audience.
• Manage a monthly paid media budget of approximately $100k across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Formulate and execute email marketing strategies to effectively nurture leads and stimulate sales conversations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that marketing efforts are synchronized with revenue targets.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing and optimization to maximize conversion rates and attract high-quality leads.
• Partner with the Revenue Operations Manager to validate key performance indicators and provide weekly updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from \(110k to \)130k, with potential earnings up to \(140k-\)160k based on performance.
• Flexible hybrid work environment, allowing for remote work with the option to collaborate in our Austin HQ 2-3 days a week.
