Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for various brands across multiple channels.
- Create, publish, and monitor campaigns and content across social media platforms, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and analyze trends for each brand, designing tests to improve post engagement for target audiences.
- Tailor posting strategies for each brand and platform.
- Collaborate with content creators, SEO specialists, product marketing, and developer relations teams.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign and platform performance metrics, refining strategies based on data to optimize outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, proactively seeking innovative opportunities for improvement.
- Explore and recommend new social channels where target audiences are active, beyond traditional platforms.
- Maintain social media content calendars for all brands.
- Manage and expand an employee advocacy and ambassador program.
- Foster community engagement by monitoring discussions, responding to reviews and comments, and facilitating stakeholder involvement as necessary.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in organic B2B social media marketing, preferably within a global high-tech organization or agency.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and campaign objectives, with the ability to connect performance metrics to overarching business goals.
- Hands-on experience with B2B marketing on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and GitHub.
- Proficient in analyzing performance data, deriving insights, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Excellent project management abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive self-starter capable of independent work, effective problem-solving, and knowing when to seek assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with remote global teams.
- In-depth understanding of developer communities, including their preferences and behaviors, enabling the creation of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, ClearView Social, and Monday.com is advantageous.
- 4 years of experience in organic B2B social media marketing.
- Comprehensive ability to link performance metrics to business objectives.
- Proven project management and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
