Peerless Media produces industry-leading multi-media brands in the supply chain, logistics, materials handling, design engineering and robotics markets. 

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and result-driven marketer to help drive leads to our sales team. Responsibilities include attracting new prospects and sales, creating collateral for sales staff, creating and managing outbound email campaigns plus assisting in PR strategy and social media for the company and individual magazines.  

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the creation of marketing copy and promotions to be used as sales sheets and presentation materials 
• Brainstorm new and creative growth/outreach strategies
• Create various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends and optimize performance through A/B testing 
• Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.) 
• Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
• Work to minimize list fatigue 
• Grow our email list organically, not through bought or rented lists
• Monthly competitive ad tracking by brand 
• Assist in managing and updating corporate brand sites
• Assist in managing corporate social media profiles and create shareable content for social networks, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and additional relevant channels to ensure optimal engagement
• Support marketing services products including Award Programs, Buyer’s Guides, and Reprints in terms of marketing, product fulfillment and customer service
• Execute targeted social media campaigns to promote awareness, engagement, and lead generation for webinars, podcasts, and other content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
• Podcast promotion and audio editor, entailing light editing and email promotion of podcasts.

Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience in marketing communications or related
• Strong promotional writer
• Knowledge of print and online promotion creation and distribution
• Strong interpersonal and team skills, including ability to work with creative and sales
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects 
• Knowledge of the various marketing channels and technologies, including ESP/CRM systems, paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, and social network advertising (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics including marketing automation technology
