Position: Strategic Partnerships Manager

We are in search of a Strategic Partnerships Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be pivotal in managing and expanding our collaborations with strategic partners to enhance origination performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to drive origination growth and deepen integrations.
  • Identify essential success factors for your accounts and collaborate effectively with internal and external teams to implement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics (monthly, quarterly, annually) to ensure success and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development team to facilitate seamless onboarding for new partners.
  • Re-negotiate commercial terms as necessary to evolve and strengthen partnerships.
  • Work alongside internal teams, including product, legal, marketing, sales, and compliance, to enhance partner relationships.
  • Take the initiative in refining and developing team processes to maximize impact and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills to foster positive and productive dialogues with partners, promoting our solutions as collaborative and value-driven.
  • A metrics-driven and analytical mindset focused on achieving success.
  • Outstanding project management abilities to juggle multiple partners and initiatives concurrently.
  • Capacity to lead external stakeholder meetings, including sales training, commercial negotiations, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Confidence in establishing and adhering to deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce reporting is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer success or partner management role within the finance or technology sectors.
  • A background in financial services or FinTech is highly advantageous.
  • Proven capability to engage effectively with various levels within partner organizations, including business development, sales, legal, and product teams.
