Job Overview

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Strategic Partnerships, playing an essential role in enhancing and expanding our collaborative efforts with brokers, lenders, technology platforms, and various stakeholders in the financial services sector. Your focus will be on maximizing partner performance and fostering an environment of growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations to enhance integrations and stimulate business expansion.
  • Identify critical success factors for partner accounts and effectively collaborate with both internal and external teams to achieve objectives.
  • Deliver comprehensive performance insights through regular reporting, including monthly and quarterly assessments, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new partners in conjunction with the Business Development Team.
  • Negotiate commercial terms as partnerships evolve, fostering mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, marketing, sales, and compliance, to optimize partnership effectiveness.
  • Drive innovation by refining processes and devising new strategies that elevate the partnerships team.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or partnership management, ideally in the financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with diverse teams across partner organizations.
  • Strong project management capabilities with proficiency in juggling multiple partners and initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills for leading discussions, training sessions, and conducting business reviews.
  • Analytical mindset that supports data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce reporting is advantageous.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
