Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute customized social media strategies across various brands and channels.
- Create, schedule, and monitor compelling content, campaigns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze and report on social media trends, designing experiments to optimize engagement with target demographics.
- Identify the most effective posting strategies by brand and platform to maximize impact.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, SEO specialists, product marketers, and developer relations teams.
- Monitor and evaluate social media performance, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Explore and suggest new social media platforms relevant to key audiences.
- Manage social media content calendars for all brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with overarching goals.
- Develop and enhance an employee advocacy/ambassador program.
- Encourage community engagement by overseeing conversations, responding to comments, and liaising with stakeholders.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing organic B2B social media, preferably within a global technology organization or agency.
- Profound understanding of social media KPIs, goal-setting, and aligning performance metrics with corporate objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and GitHub for B2B engagement.
- Analytical proficiency with the capability to derive insights from data, formulate recommendations, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Exceptional project management abilities, adept at managing multiple priorities concurrently.
- Proactive problem solver with the discernment to seek support or collaboration when necessary.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, conducive to effective collaboration within a remote, global team.
- Familiarity with developer communities and the capacity to craft marketing campaigns that resonate with technical audiences is advantageous.
- Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Buffer, ClearView Social, and Monday.com.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
