Job Title: Outreach and Marketing Manager

Employment Status: Full Time/Non-Exempt

Reports To: CEO

We are in search of a proactive and driven Outreach and Marketing Manager to spearhead initiatives for our newly established outpatient addiction treatment program. Your primary objective will be to establish our organization as a revered community asset, upholding ethical standards while providing evidence-based treatment solutions.

As a premier addiction recovery center situated in Denver’s RiNo art district, our mission is to deliver personalized, evidence-based outpatient treatment. We focus on guiding individuals through their recovery journey by integrating mental, biological, social, and spiritual health into our care model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationship marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of organizational functions.
  • Stay updated on admissions and clinical operations.
  • Leverage existing and new relationships to drive lead generation.
  • Advocate for our mission and brand among stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with website developers to ensure content is current and engaging.
  • Partner with Admissions to track lead generation metrics, reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Foster open communication with team members and address any discrepancies.
  • Document and maintain a database of potential and existing referral contacts.
  • Generate client placements through networking and outreach activities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential partner facilities based on anticipated client needs and market trends.
  • Assist the CEO in vetting partner facilities through screenings and meetings.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with partner facilities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining effective communication.
  • Preferred supervisory experience and knowledge.
  • Creative thinking skills to devise innovative strategies for business development.
  • Strong boundaries and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a 2-year degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in Outreach or Business Development within an Addiction Treatment Outpatient Center.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse settings.
