Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with customers to grasp their business objectives and enhance their engagement with our products, including AMS360 and related solutions.
  • Facilitate best-practice sessions, product optimizations, and adoption workshops aimed at maximizing value and utilization.
  • Detect operational gaps within customer processes and propose actionable solutions using analytics and industry insights.
  • Remain informed about the latest industry trends and product advancements to deliver informed recommendations.
  • Work alongside leadership to assess the effectiveness of training and adoption initiatives, promoting continuous growth and improvement.

Required Skills

  • A customer-focused mindset driven by a desire to effect positive change.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, or training, preferably within a SaaS or data analytics environment or the insurance industry.
  • Proven capability to engage effectively with executives in large organizations ($100M ).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, with SQL experience viewed as advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for relationship-building across all organizational levels.
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented work approach.
