Key Responsibilities

  • Champion a customer-centric approach by leveraging deep empathy to shape product strategies that resonate with high-net-worth buyers, enhancing their purchasing experience.
  • Assume end-to-end ownership of a seamless, high-touch buyer experience that upholds luxury standards, ensuring every interaction exceeds client expectations.
  • Employ expert knowledge of SEO and growth strategies to optimize website content and architecture, driving organic traffic while preserving our premium brand identity.
  • Strategically enhance product features and site experiences to engage high-net-worth individuals, ensuring an exceptional journey from discovery to purchase, integrating innovative technologies to boost engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer behaviors and conversion metrics, establishing KPIs to refine the product roadmap and providing actionable insights to stakeholders for strategic improvements.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product design, software development, sales, and marketing, to deliver outstanding product solutions through data-driven storytelling and insights.

Required Skills

  • A proven history of managing the complete buyer experience and driving lead conversion in luxury markets through effective SEO and growth strategies.
  • Experience in enhancing product offerings to meet the discerning standards of affluent clientele while positively impacting conversion rates.
  • Expertise in conversion optimization and engagement strategies specifically tailored for a luxury audience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8 years of experience in consumer product development, particularly in product management or software engineering.

Compensation And Benefits
