Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to meet their business objectives utilizing our solutions, including AMS360 and additional products.
- Facilitate best practice sessions, tune-ups, and workshops to enhance customer success and solution adoption.
- Assess customer requirements, identify improvement areas, and recommend solutions that lead to their financial success.
- Stay informed on developments in the insurance sector, particularly concerning data and analytics.
- Monitor training effectiveness and ensure the successful implementation of new tools and practices.
- Partner with leadership to evaluate the impact of initiatives and continually enhance customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Strong customer-centric approach, with a sincere commitment to client success.
- Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively across various departments.
- Enthusiastic about broadening your knowledge and skill set.

- Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, onsite training, or consulting, ideally in a SaaS or Data Analytics setting or within the insurance industry.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior executives at large organizations (revenue of $100M ).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, simplifying complex ideas.
- Proficiency in desktop applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with SQL is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attentiveness to detail and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
