Key Responsibilities
- Organize and participate in diverse marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and customer gatherings.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of marketing content, including writing, proofreading, and supporting design needs.
- Engage with our audience by monitoring and responding to comments across blogs and social media platforms in a timely manner.
- Identify and submit the company for relevant industry awards to enhance our brand recognition.
- Manage reviews on various platforms, ensuring prompt responses to both positive and negative feedback.
- Support HubSpot maintenance by addressing sync errors, generating reports, and overseeing campaign progress; assist in creating email campaigns and landing pages.
- Collaborate on marketing projects to ensure timely task progression and to mitigate any issues that arise.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with established brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing capacity, with at least 1 year in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in creating impactful sales or marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and blog articles.
- At least 1 year of experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, alongside exceptional project management and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of brand guidelines and copywriting principles for multiple channels (preferred).
- Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo for no less than 1 year.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including the ability to run basic reports, is preferred.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts and scheduling posts.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira is preferred.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
- 2 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
- 1 year of experience within a B2B SaaS context.
- 1 year of experience in content creation and event organization.
- Strong organizational skills and project management proficiency.
- Basic understanding of copywriting (preferred).
