Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Communications Manager to join our Internal Marketing team. This remote position will empower you to shape our brand narrative, enhance our storytelling capabilities, and oversee our digital communications efforts, including social media and email marketing. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our brand voice resonates with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal editor for all marketing communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage and curate our social media platforms by planning, scheduling, and posting engaging content that amplifies our brand presence.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to create innovative content across various channels, such as blogs and email campaigns.
  • Design and implement email marketing initiatives that attract and retain customers.
  • Maintain a strategic content calendar to guarantee timely distribution of marketing materials.
  • Integrate our brand story into all communications to reinforce our industry reputation.
  • Foster interdepartmental collaboration to enhance content strategy and dissemination.
  • Establish quality control processes for all marketing outputs.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content engagement and efficacy.
  • Ensure uniformity of our brand tone, voice, and messaging across all communication platforms.

Required Skills

  • 4 years of experience in corporate communications or content marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or agency environment.
  • Exceptional editing and proofreading capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven expertise in managing social media channels for a professional brand.
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms and execution of campaigns.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while delivering top-tier work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing principles and a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools to track content and campaign performance.
  • A genuine passion for storytelling and brand development, with a focus on delivering a cohesive brand message.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
