- Craft compelling copy for email marketing campaigns and manage the associated systems effectively.
- Coordinate with office staff to oversee physical mailings and ensure timely execution.
- Manage SMS marketing initiatives for impactful communication.
- Optimize our digital presence by enhancing the functionality of our website and YouTube channel.
- Supervise graphic design processes, providing constructive feedback and adjustments in Canva to ensure visually appealing marketing materials.
- Develop and implement both paid and organic social media strategies across various platforms.
- Maintain and organize a database of real estate agents, tracking interactions and statuses to streamline recruitment efforts.
- Proficiency in technical and digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO.
